The staff were helpful . The breakfast offered a good variety to start the day. I found the location convenient, close to the train station.
My room lacked proper sound insulation. I could hear noise from the hallway. The shower had low water pressure, inconvenient. There were no tea or coffee making facilities available in the room. i had to ask for an iron

the location was really good for city access. termini station access was especially easy. nearby dining options was plentiful. the room was very clean upon arrival. i found the bed provided a comfortable night's rest.
the elevator was small. it was difficult for two people with luggage to ride together.

The location was close to the train station. i didn't even need to use transportation to get to the hotel. the room was comfortable. I had a balcony facing the opera house.
the room was too warm, even with the air conditioning turned off. it was uncomfortable. the sink wasn't very clean when i arrived in the room.

The hotel is conveniently near the train station. It is an easy walk to MANY attractions. There are local restaurants close by. The area remained quiet.
The elevator only went halfway UP, so some stairs were needed.

the location is fantastic. i was very close to the train station termini, this made getting around super easy. the staff were always happy to help, i really appreciated their friendliness.
the elevator was quite small. it was a bit of a squeeze with luggage. the furniture looked dated in some areas. the walls felt thin so i could hear some noise.
